The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in Chandler, AZ. This full-time role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 annually with a balanced 50% productivity model, allowing time for documentation and planning.

You will help launch a brand-new OT department, work primarily in an outpatient clinic, and occasionally visit nearby schools. Collaboration with families and a supportive team is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or eligible for Arizona licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills and family-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy to children and adolescents.
• Treat a variety of pediatric needs, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental challenges.
• Deliver services primarily in a welcoming outpatient clinic, with occasional school visits.
• Collaborate with families and other therapists to support each child's progress.
• Help develop the OT program, build a caseload, and contribute ideas as the department grows.
