6 Degrees Search is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a family-centered pediatric therapy practice in Chandler, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and grow a brand-new OT department, shape its future, and make a lasting difference in children's lives.

The role offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$115,000 per year, a 50% productivity model (roughly 20 hours of direct care and 20 hours for documentation and planning each week), and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or eligible for Arizona licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred but new grads encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging pediatric occupational therapy to children and adolescents.
• Treat autism spectrum disorder and developmental challenges.
• Deliver services primarily in an outpatient clinic, with occasional visits to nearby schools.
• Collaborate with families and fellow therapists to support each child's progress.
• Help develop the OT program and grow the department.
