KLA Industries in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to help launch and grow a brand-new OT department. You’ll provide engaging pediatric therapy in a welcoming outpatient clinic, with occasional visits to nearby schools, and a balanced schedule around 9 AM–5 PM.

The role offers a competitive salary range ($90,000–$115,000) and benefits, with 50% productivity and time paid for documentation and planning. New grads encouraged to apply and join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or eligible for Arizona licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication with children, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging pediatric occupational therapy to children and adolescents.
• Treat autism spectrum disorder and developmental challenges.
• Deliver services primarily in outpatient clinic, with occasional school visits.
• Collaborate with families and therapists to support progress.
• Help develop the OT program and grow caseload as the department expands.
