Zaddy Solutions is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a family-centered practice in Chandler, AZ. The successful candidate will help launch and grow a brand-new OT department, shaping its future and making a lasting impact on children's lives.

The role balances about 20 hours of direct patient care with 20 hours of paid documentation and planning time each week, with a schedule typically Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Pediatric experience preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and families
• Independent, proactive clinician eager to grow a new program

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, individualized occupational therapy to children and adolescents.
• Treat a variety of pediatric needs including autism spectrum disorders and developmental challenges.
• Deliver services primarily in an outpatient clinic with occasional visits to nearby private schools.
• Collaborate with families and fellow therapists to support each child's progress.
• Help develop the OT program, build a caseload, and contribute ideas as the department grows.
