Job summary

Ilocatum in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to help launch and grow a brand-new OT department in a family-centered pediatric therapy practice.

The role offers a salary of $90,000–$115,000 annually, 50% productivity, and a schedule of typically Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with potential for a 4-day workweek. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, and paid sick days.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or eligible for Arizona licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy to children and adolescents.
• Treat a variety of pediatric needs, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental challenges.
• Deliver services primarily in an outpatient clinic, with occasional visits to nearby private schools.
• Collaborate with families and fellow therapists to support each child’s progress.
• Help develop the OT program, build a caseload, and contribute ideas as the department grows.
