Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide pediatric home-based therapy across multiple schedules (PRN, Part-Time, and Full-Time). You will work under an OT, delivering therapeutic services in patients' homes and guiding caregivers on home programs, with strong emphasis on balance and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Current state OTA license.
• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically prescribed occupational therapy services under OT supervision.
• Maintain adequate caseload with appropriate productivity.
• Coordinate patient care with supervisor, office staff, and other disciplines.
• Maintain timely documentation of progress and home programs.
• Proactively communicate with administrative staff for assistance as needed.
• Responsible for the maintenance of supplies and equipment.
• Participate in team efforts to achieve company and departmental goals.
• Back up other caseloads as required.
• Adhere to all company policies, practices and procedures.
