Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide pediatric occupational therapy in patients' homes. Roles include PRN, part-time, and full-time positions with a sign-on bonus and a full benefits package.

The OTA will work under an OT supervision, manage caseloads, document progress, and collaborate with care teams. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, PTO, 401K, professional development funds and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Current state-issued professional license.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical occupational therapy to pediatric patients under OT supervision.
• Maintain caseload with appropriate productivity.
• Coordinate patient care with supervisor, office staff and other disciplines.
• Document therapy progress in a timely manner.
• Communicate progress and issues with OT supervisor.
