Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or equivalent preferred.
• Current state OT Assistant certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical OT services under supervision of an OT.
• Maintain caseload with appropriate productivity.
• Coordinate patient care with supervisor and staff.
• Maintain documentation timely and accurately.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor.
• Assist with supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in team goals and professional activities.
• Serve as backup for other caseloads as needed.
