KidsCare Home Health is actively hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide pediatric home health services in clients' homes across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Roles include PRN, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions with flexible caseload options to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Associates degree preferred for OTA role.
• Current state-issued professional license required.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medically prescribed occupational therapy services under OT supervision.
• Maintain caseload with productivity expectations.
• Coordinate patient care with supervisor, office staff, and other disciplines.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting of patient progress.
• Communicate with administrative staff for assistance as needed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Participate in team efforts to meet company goals.
• Serve as backup service provider for other caseloads.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
