Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our pediatric home health team in South Carolina. PRN, part-time and full-time positions are available to support children in their own homes.

As an OTA, you will provide therapy under supervision, manage caseloads, document progress, and coordinate with the OT team and families. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a therapist-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Current state-issued professional license.
• CPR certified and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to patients as directed by the OT supervisor.
• Maintain adequate caseload with appropriate productivity.
• Coordinate patient care with supervisor, office staff, and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with OT supervisor regarding patient progress and home programs.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate with administrative staff for assistance as needed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Participate in team efforts to achieve department goals.
• Participate in professional organization activities.
• Serve as backup service provider for other caseloads.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
