Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing seeks an experienced OR RN for a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. The role involves pediatric perioperative care, patient assessments, and supporting the surgical team in a fast-paced OR environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in pediatric OR, Ohio RN license, BSN or in progress, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS is a plus. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and W2 employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN license required; BSN preferred or in progress.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred; CNOR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room; perform assessments and interventions for patient safety during surgery.
• Assist physicians and maintain continuity of care between the patient care unit and the OR.
