Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for the OR in a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN opportunity offers self-scheduling and W2 employment status. Pay ranges from $48 to $52 per hour and requires credentialing completion.

Candidates with OR experience in pediatrics and strong assessment skills are encouraged to apply. BLS and ACLS are required, CNOR is highly preferred, and PALS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OR (Peds) RN experience.
• Ohio RN License required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery and laser experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room and perform assessments and interventions during surgery.
• Assist the physician in delivering the plan of care and ensure continuity between the patient care unit and the OR.
