Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing seeks experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for the OR in a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, OH. This PRN opportunity offers flexible scheduling and W2 employment with weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have OR experience in pediatrics, an Ohio RN license, and a BSN (or in progress), plus BLS/ACLS; PALS is preferred and CNOR is highly regarded. Start date is as soon as credentialing completes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN OR (Peds) experience.
• Ohio RN License required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Prior pediatric OR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room.
• Perform assessments and interventions to keep patients safe during surgery.
• Assist the physician and ensure continuity between patient care units and the OR.
