St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking a Nursing Leader to coordinate patient care, staff management, and equipment operations in the operating room. You will oversee staffing, performance, budgeting, and a collaborative plan of care to meet departmental goals.

The role requires RN licensure with 2–5 years of nursing experience and preferably 5–10 years in OR leadership or charge roles, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• RN license required.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience.
• Preferred 5–10 years in OR leadership/support

Responsabilités

• Manages staffing including hires, training, assignments, performance evaluations and development plans.
• Supports departmental budgets and adapts to business changes affecting goals.
• Provides patient care per planned interventions and documents per policy.
• Creates collaborative care plans and oversees payroll updates, timekeeping and communications.
