St. Louis Children’s Hospital is part of BJC HealthCare and seeks a Nursing Supervisor to coordinate patient care, staff management, and resources in the operating room leadership role.

You will supervise staff, manage staffing, and ensure payroll accuracy while supporting department goals. The position requires RN licensure, 2–5 years OR nursing experience, and 1 year OR charge experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Formación

• At least 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience.
• At least 1 year as OR Charge/Resource Nurse.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, trains, assigns work, and evaluates staff performance.
• Manage staffing levels, payroll updates, and overtime decisions.
• Provide patient care according to plan and document per policy.
• Create and implement a collaborative plan of care.
• Coordinate staff communications, huddle agendas, and staffing needs.
