Louis market during onboarding. The role oversees operating room workflows, patient safety, and staff development across the unit, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a strong focus on patient experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience directing outpatient or perioperative services.
• Ability to develop staff and improve patient care.
• Willingness to travel to St. Louis for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruitment, training, and performance of team in 24-hour operations.
• Develops staffing, budgets, and cost controls.
• Directs safe patient care per clinical standards.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drives patient experience and quality outcomes.
• Supports growth of new outpatient surgical location.
