Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking an Operating Room RN Circulator for the East Valley Hospital opening. You will provide circulating nurse support in the OR and join a multidisciplinary perioperative team.

The role requires 1–2 years of OR experience with no new grads, and includes 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, call rotations, and weekend coverage as part of a growing, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years Operating Room experience.
• NO NEW GRADS, please.

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessment of patient conditions and age-appropriate factors per policy.
• Evaluates patient responses to care and communicates progress to the team and families.
• Ensures compliance with medication, storage and documentation standards.
• Provides unit orientation and trains new staff on systems and processes.
• Supervises care activities and provides feedback to maintain patient safety and infection control.
• Collaborates with the care team to implement the plan of care and coordinate activities.
• Mentors students and new employees to share knowledge and best practices.
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
