Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes in the medical record.
