Job summary

Advocate Health's Levine Children’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 11P Hematology/Oncology & Bone Marrow Transplant unit. You will care for pediatric patients, lead with clinical expertise, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, active RN license, BLS, and PALS within 6 months. Experience in pediatric hem/onc is preferred; night shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• RN license issued by the practicing state.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Pediatric or hematology/oncology inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care and communicate with the care team.
