Job summary

Orlando Health’s Orlando Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Bone Marrow Transplant team on the night shift (3 x 12s). You will provide advanced patient care in a high-acuity setting, with a 3 to 1 patient ratio and a focus on rapid assessment, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.

This role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS, and unit-specific certifications such as ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as applicable, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience required unless approved by AVP level or above.
• Florida RN licensure or valid eNLC multistate license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas; NRP for NICU.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and interprets cardiac monitors, ventilators, and other life-support equipment.
• Develops and revises individualized plans of care; evaluates progress and outcomes.
• Maintains patient safety and educates patients and families; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
