Qualifications

• Must have ADN, BLS, and an Arizona RN license or compact license.
• At least 1 year of inpatient pediatric nursing experience; oncology/hematology and BMT preferred.
• Trauma and critical patient population experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessment of patient conditions consistent with age and condition, including physical, psychological, social, developmental, and educational factors.
• Continually evaluates patient responses to care, teaching, and discharge plans; documents progress and shares observations with care team and families.
• Contributes to team effort by ensuring medication, storage, and documentation standards are met.
