Job summary

Orlando Health’s Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) Bone Marrow Transplant Dept. is seeking an RN for Advanced Care on the night shift (3x12s). The role involves caring for high acuity patients requiring complex interventions with a 3:1 patient ratio.

A Florida RN license and BLS are required; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required in certain areas. The RN will participate in care coordination, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes while

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Florida; BLS/Healthcare Provider cert.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Responds to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol.
• Identifies and prioritizes information to take immediate and decisive patient‑focused action.
• Monitors and adjusts equipment and interprets data from cardiac monitors and vents.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to plan and manage care.
• Documents patient care in accordance with regulatory standards.
