Radiant Joy LLC dba Brain Balance Overland Park is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a pediatric neurodevelopment-focused role in Overland Park, Kansas.

This part-time position runs 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, three days a week, under supervision of an experienced OTR/L with 30 years of pediatric expertise, and includes a fully paid 6-week training program to master our specialized neurodevelopmental methods.

Physical Requirements:

Because our program is heavily movement-based and sensory‑motor driven, you must be able to move dynamically alongside our students.

• Ability to get up and down from the floor with ease throughout the entire shift.
• Comfort with routine bending, stretching, and physical agility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds briefly and intermittently as needed for safety or equipment adjustments.
