Job summary

Children’s Therapy Services of Colorado, Inc. (CTSC) is a pediatric therapy clinic seeking a Part-time Occupational Therapist or COTA to serve birth through early adolescence in the Northglenn area.

You will assess children, develop individualized plans, and support independence and participation with a family-centered approach. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and families, flexibility in scheduling, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive clinical

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in OT or OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Valid Colorado OT license.
• NBCOT certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification by start date.
• Experience with pediatric populations, including autistic children.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, physical, sensory, and cognitive needs.
• Create individualized therapy plans targeting fine motor skills and sensory processing.
• Educate and coach families on strategies to support development and progress.
• Use activities to improve independence in daily routines, play, and school readiness.
• Collaborate with CTSC’s multidisciplinary team and educators.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and progress.
• Provide early intervention services and participate in IFSP meetings when applicable.
• Stay current with pediatric OT research and best practices.
