Job summary

Children’s Therapy Services of Colorado, Inc. seeks a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist or COTA in Northglenn, CO. This primarily clinic-based role offers a home base with access to pediatric therapy spaces and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

There is potential to provide Early Intervention in homes and natural environments. A sign-on bonus of $4,000 accompanies a base salary of $60,000–$105,000 plus quarterly productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Colorado-licensed or license-eligible OT or COTA.
• NBCOT certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy in a clinic-based setting.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs for coordinated care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on child strengths and goals.
• Possibly provide Early Intervention services in homes and natural environments.
