Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy in Centennial, CO seeks a Licensed COTA to provide in-clinic pediatric occupational therapy under OT supervision. Full-time, in-person role with daytime and after-school hours offered.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, educate families, document care in EMR, and participate in team meetings and discharge planning. Competitive benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in Colorado.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in assessing functional abilities using standardized and non-standardized tools.
• Educate families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care coordination.
• Participate in patient evaluations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
