Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT required.
• Active state professional licensure.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and administer remedial treatments for pediatric patients.
• Provide clinical treatment including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training and counseling.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services including other professionals and agencies.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Attend continuing education activities and expand scope of service.
• Maintain adequate caseload with productivity.
• Collaborate with others and mentor students/new hires.
