Job summary

Children’s Therapy Services of Colorado (CTSC) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to help children build meaningful skills for independence and participation through play-based, evidence-based therapy in a multidisciplinary setting.

You’ll collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, physicians, educators, and families. Colorado OT license and NBCOT certification are required; CPR and First Aid by start date. Pediatric experience, including autistic/neurodivergent children, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Colorado OT license and NBCOT certification; CPR and First Aid by start date.
• Pediatric experience preferred, including autistic and neurodivergent children.
• Ability to collaborate across OTs, PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, physicians, educators, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based, child-centered occupational therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and participation.
• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, neurological, and cognitive needs.
• Support daily routines, school readiness, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and families, offering education and strategies.
