Children’s Therapy Services of Colorado (CTSC) is more than a pediatric therapy clinic—we’re a passionate, multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children of all abilities thrive. Through Speech, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we work together to provide individualized, strengths-based care that respects each child’s unique needs, strengths, and way of engaging with the world.
We believe meaningful therapy should support independence, self-advocacy, participation, and quality of life while honoring the individual child and partnering closely with their family.
If you’re an Occupational Therapist who values neurodiversity-affirming, child-centered care, loves collaborating across disciplines, and wants to work in an environment where your expertise and clinical perspective are respected and supported, we’d love to meet you!
The Pediatric Occupational Therapist serves children from birth through early adolescence with a variety of developmental, sensory, neurological, congenital, and acquired needs, including autistic and neurodivergent children. Using a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and child-centered approach, the therapist will assess each child’s unique strengths and needs and develop individualized treatment plans that support independence, self-advocacy, regulation, meaningful participation, and quality of life.
This role requires creativity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of child development, sensory processing, and regulation, alongside the ability to respect each child’s individual communication style, sensory preferences, and ways of engaging with the world. Therapists partner closely with children and families to support meaningful goals across daily routines, self-care, play, school readiness, and community participation.
The position is primarily based at our Northglenn clinic and may also include providing Early Intervention services to children ages 0-3 in their homes, working collaboratively with families to support participation and development within everyday routines.
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll help children build meaningful skills that increase independence, confidence, self-advocacy, and participation.
At CTSC, you'll join a team that believes in collaboration, clinical excellence, and making a lasting impact on the lives of children and families every day.
