Job summary

Phoenix Children's is seeking a Physical Therapist I to provide pediatric physical therapy services from neonatal through adolescence. You will evaluate, formulate plans of care, and treat using modalities such as exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and ultrasound under physician guidance.

Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and the rehab team to maximize function in home and community.

Qualifications

• Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and identify patient needs.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate treatment plans.
