Job summary

Therapy 2000, a Texas-based pediatric home-health provider, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will evaluate children, design individualized therapy plans, and coordinate care with families and other providers in the home setting, delivering compassionate, trusted care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers in the patient’s home setting.
• Complete chart updates, progress notes, and necessary paperwork on time.
• Collaborate with agency staff to meet expectations and deliver high-quality care.
