Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our home-health team in Texas. You will evaluate and treat children in their homes, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with families and care teams to promote best outcomes.

This role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and compassionate care. You will travel between patient visits, supported by mileage reimbursement, a laptop, and access to continuing education opportunities to stay current in pediatric

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license is required.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).
• Flexible to shift resources and priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines within the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress notes, and required paperwork.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
