Therapy 2000 in Texas is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy services for children. You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families and physicians to support each child's growth and participation at home and in the community.
The role requires an active Texas OT license, flexibility, and strong tech skills to manage documentation and communication.

Responsabilidades
- Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care for patients.
- Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress notes, and required documentation.
- Engage with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards for delivering high-quality care.
- Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws for home-health pediatric OT.
