THERAPY 2000 is a mission-driven team delivering pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy at home in Texas. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate children, design and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to support each child’s growth and independence.

• Active OT license in Texas

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations using standardized tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers
• Coordinate care within patient health networks and teams
• Complete prescribed patient visits weekly as required
• Meet deadlines for chart updates and documentation
• Engage with agency staff to align on expectations and standards
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
