Job summary

Sevita’s Pediatric Partners seeks a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy to children in Texas. You’ll develop and implement plans to support development, working directly in homes to reinforce skills in daily routines and across environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing progress monitoring, and delivery within an interdisciplinary team, with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and an active OT/L license in Texas.
• One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful outcomes for each child.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas
• One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred
• Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
