Job summary

Sevita is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver services across outpatient clinics and ABA programs in a hybrid setting in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and family-centered planning, guiding children toward meaningful participation.

With mentorship and a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led approach, you will contribute to evidence-informed care while working alongside behavior analysts and other therapists to broaden your clinical impact

Qualifications

• Masters Degree required in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Current MA state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills.

Small Steps is excited to offer a unique hybrid role that will provide occupational therapy services across both our outpatient clinics and ABA programs. This model fosters meaningful cross-disciplinary collaboration while supporting children across a variety of therapeutic environments. Rather than working in silos, our clinicians partner closely to develop cohesive, functional, and family-centered treatment plans that honor each child's strengths, interests, and goals.
