Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-home pediatric therapy team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves pediatric occupational therapy in-home and hybrid settings, developing personalized plans to build fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and self-regulation while making therapy engaging for children.

We welcome enthusiastic new grads; Texas OT licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings
• Create individualized treatment plans focusing on fine motor, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home
