Job summary

Pediatric Partners, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for home health in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN with growing caseloads and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time hires.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license to practice in TX.
  • New graduates may be considered with mentorship and support.
  • Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within an assigned service area.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Dependable, compassionate, family-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized pediatric physical therapy in the home setting.
  • Evaluate children and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities.
  • Address mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, and functional independence.
  • Recommend therapeutic activities, strategies, and equipment when appropriate.
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans to support meaningful outcomes.
  • Educate and empower parents and caregivers to maximize carryover between visits.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, ATPs, orthotists, physicians, and other members of the care team.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and families throughout their care journey.

What You’ll Do
