Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy for children and young adults with developmental, behavioral, or medical needs.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy in home settings, monitor progress, train families on adaptive equipment, and maintain thorough documentation, collaborating with parents and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in OT is required.
  • Active OT/L license in Texas as a prerequisite.
  • One year of allied health experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting as needed.
