We\'re hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric therapy services focused on helping children build independence, confidence, and essential life skills. This role works collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric clients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with speech therapists, ABA clinicians, and families to support overall treatment goals
- Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate caregivers on strategies and exercises to support progress at home
- Participate in team meetings, care coordination, and treatment planning
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or license-eligible) in Texas
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience working with pediatric clients preferred
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
