Job summary

Easterseals Crossroads is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Children's Therapy Services team, providing evaluation and ongoing therapy to pediatric clients in clinic, school, and community settings. You will partner with families and other professionals to support each child’s development and independence.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• Active Indiana OT license (IPLA).
• Pediatric and developmental disabilities experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between work locations as required.
• Strong knowledge of child development.
• Ability to adapt environments and materials.
• Experience with evidence-based interventions.
• Effective communication with children, families, and professionals.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Comfort with hands-on therapy environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations; develop treatment diagnoses, goals, and plans.
• Provide direct OT interventions.
• Collaborate with families on home programming and transition planning.
• Fabricate or recommend adaptive equipment and devices.
• Manage a clinical caseload and maintain timely documentation.
• Communicate with service coordinators and stakeholders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and professional development.
