Easterseals Crossroads is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Children’s Therapy Services. You will work across clinic, school, and community settings to support children’s development and independence, collaborating closely with families and other professionals.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for ongoing education within a mission-driven, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• Active Indiana OT license (IPLA).
• Pediatric and developmental disabilities experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between work locations as required.
• Strong knowledge of typical and atypical child development.
• Experience using evidence-based interventions.
• Effective communication with children, families, and professionals.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Comfort working in active, hands-on therapy environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and ongoing OT therapy services to pediatric clients in clinic, school, and community settings.
• Develop treatment diagnoses, goals, and care plans.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support development and independence.
• Provide direct OT interventions.
• Facilitate home programming and transition planning with families.
• Fabricate or recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evaluation and ongoing therapy services to pediatric consumers in clinic, school, and community-based settings. You will partner closely with families and other professionals to support each child’s development and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations; developing treatment diagnoses, goals, and plans
• Providing direct OT interventions
• Collaborating with families on home programming and transition planning
• Fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Managing a clinical caseload and maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicating with service coordinators and stakeholders
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and professional development.

What They're Looking For:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
• Active Indiana OT license through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
• Pediatric and developmental disabilities experience preferred
• Ability to travel between work locations as required.
