Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana OT license required.
• Bachelor's degree in OT required.
• Master's degree in OT preferred.
• Experience in schools or ABA settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students in school/ABA settings.
• Formulate IEPs and individualized treatment programs.
• Maintain records and communicate progress to teachers, parents and support teams.
