Easterseals Crossroads is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Children's Therapy Services team. You will provide evaluation and ongoing therapy to pediatric clients across clinic, school, and community settings, partnering with families and professionals to foster development and independence.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• Indiana OT license through IPLA.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and ongoing occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in clinic, school, and community settings.
• Partner with families and other professionals to support child development and independence.
• Develop treatment diagnoses, goals and plans; provide direct OT interventions.
