Job summary

Easterseals Crossroads is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Children's Therapy Services team. You will provide evaluation and therapy in clinic, school, and community settings, partnering with families to support each child's development.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based interventions, and thorough documentation. Travel between work locations may be required as part of delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• Active Indiana OT license.
• Pediatric and developmental disabilities experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between work locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations; developing treatment diagnoses, goals, and plans.
• Provide direct OT interventions.
• Collaborate with families on home programming and transition planning.
• Fabricate or recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Manage a clinical caseload and maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate with service coordinators and stakeholders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and professional development.
