Qualifikationen

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE‑accredited).
• Active (or eligible) Alabama OT license.
• NBCOT certification and CPR/BLS certification.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate & Assess: conduct play‑based developmental assessments across sensory, motor, vision and self‑care domains.
• Design Care Plans: create evidence‑based treatment plans to improve daily classroom engagement and fine motor skills.
• Execute Targeted Interventions: implement play‑centered therapies focusing on fine motor control, hand‑eye coordination, and motor planning.
• Educate & Empower: consult with daycare staff and parents on sensory diets, environmental modifications, and carryover strategies.
• Maintain Documentation: complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress tracking, and discharge summaries.
