Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years healthcare sales experience with clinical background (RDs and RNs).
• Knowledge of hospital settings; pediatrics experience is a plus.
• Stable track record in sales with initiative and autonomy.
• Residence in Springfield or Peoria, IL; local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support territory sales goals in hospitals and offices for Similac and PediaSure.
• Negotiate hospital contracts and manage relationships with clinicians and purchasing teams.
• Present product knowledge, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines in selling situations.
• Lead new product launches and navigate hospital departments (NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, Nursing units).
• Collaborate with Dietitians, Physicians and Nurses; manage budget and travel.
