• Strong Microsoft Office, Kronos, ShiftHound, and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills to external and internal customers.
• Education: High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks nursing administration paperwork and files 24-hour reports, census sheets, and assignment sheets.
• Reports numbers to administration daily.
• Performs payroll reporting daily and tracks time-off and unit budgets.
• Schedules staffing for all units and manages time off requests.
• Maintains minutes for nursing meetings and coordinates with leaders.
• Assists CNO with staffing reports and issues.
• Coordinates staff training (CPI, CPR) with the Clinical Nurse Educator.
• Transcribes departmental meeting minutes and prepares correspondence for the CNO.
• Handles facility clerical tasks and professional intercom/phone duties.
