Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing administration policies and procedures.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize workloads to meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills to external and internal customers.
• Education: High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks nursing administration paperwork and reports daily.
• Schedules staffing for all units and approves/denies time off.
• Maintains minutes for nursing meetings and transcribes notes.
• Coordinates staff training (CPI, CPR) with the Clinical Nurse Educator.
• Performs clerical tasks for the Chief Nursing Officer as assigned.
