Job summary

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead off-shift nursing operations across hospital units. This role coordinates staffing, patient flow, and clinical coverage in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and staff.

You will drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives, mentor staff, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery and patient outcomes in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of progressive leadership experience required.
• At least five years of pediatric nursing experience with leadership responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct nursing operations across hospital units during off shifts.
• Schedule personnel and optimize patient flow and throughput.
• Facilitate telehealth consultations with clinical teams.
